As an artist, I explore the beauty of nature focusing on organisms that are in danger due to humanity’s habits. Using different techniques and materials, I create realistic and abstract paintings, sculptures and tattoos that celebrate how amazing and powerful nature is.
My creativity is influenced by my childhood spent on a farm and my fascination with nature.
Through enchantment, I try to make people aware of the fact that much of the beauty they see in my work is in danger of extinction and hopefully start a conversation on how we could help.
I want to remind people that we are part of a fantastic natural environment and we should be proud of that. I invite you to get close to this energy, breathe and realize that we are one.
Carolina Pércia, born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Lives and works in Portugal. From the beginning of her life, Carol has been drawn to the beauty of nature and how it works. After graduating in product design and studying biology at university, she found an intersection between these areas in the fine arts. Nowadays she creates beautiful tattoos inspired by nature, makes sculptures and paintings with different techniques and materials and studies natural paints, seeking an even greater connection with nature, both her own and the people her work affects.
